What can we learn from 238,000 intranet visitors across 28 organizations? Swoop Analytics’ annual intranet benchmark report is out, providing great analysis, research, examples and perspectives on “what good looks like.” Check it out!
The future of internal comms is “bittersweet” according to a new Institute of Internal Communication survey. Their survey of 300+ internal comms pros says more work at a strategic level, yet when doing so, they feel “ill-equipped, underresourced and underappreciated.” An interesting read.
