Introduction

These terms explain the use of Strictly Internal's website, newsletter, articles, job board, third-party Calendar, courses and training overview, and related public resources. Research participation and paid services may have additional terms explained before you take part or buy.

About Strictly Internal

Strictly Internal is operated by Optiversion AS, a company registered in Norway, organization number 921 882 246, at Eiler Baanruds veg 2, 2212 Kongsvinger, Norway. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Optiversion AS operating Strictly Internal.

For questions, corrections, or complaints, email Email us.

These terms govern your use of our services to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our Privacy Policy, including cookies and privacy choices explains how we handle personal information. Agreement to these terms is not consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Where an action requires your agreement, we present the relevant terms before you subscribe, submit material, or buy, or include them in a separate written agreement. Reading a public page alone is not treated as consent to marketing, tracking, or a new paid service.

Reading and using our content

We publish professional information, reporting, analysis, and opinion. Content is provided for general information and does not replace legal, financial, employment, or other advice suited to your circumstances.

We aim to be accurate and welcome corrections. Listings, research findings, and other information may change, become incomplete, or reflect a particular date, source, sample, or methodology. Historical newsletters and articles remain part of our archive; an old listing or link does not mean an opportunity is still available.

You are responsible for checking information that matters to a decision with the original source or an appropriate adviser.

Newsletter subscriptions

Subscribe using an email address you control or are authorized to use. We send the newsletter and any other updates you specifically choose. You can unsubscribe through the link in our emails or by contacting us.

Any optional welcome questionnaire is separate from signing up. You do not have to complete it to remain subscribed.

Our subscription and contribution services are intended for people aged 18 or over. We may stop or restrict a subscription where necessary to address abuse, delivery problems, or legal requirements. Any paid service is also subject to its agreed terms and applicable rights.

Job board, Calendar, courses, and training

Our job board, Calendar, and courses and training overview bring together opportunities offered by third parties. Listings may come from public sources or employer, recruiter, organizer, and training-provider submissions.

We extract information from source listings and may rewrite, condense, summarize, and classify it to make it easier to find and compare. An SI listing is an edited overview, not the complete original job description, event announcement, or course specification. Summaries and classifications can contain errors, omit conditions, or become outdated, even where we carry out quality checks. Our overview does not amend the provider's offer or its terms.

Before applying, registering, paying, or making another decision, check the current original listing and confirm important details directly with the employer, recruiter, organizer, or training provider. These include salary and currency, location and remote-work restrictions, employment type, eligibility and qualifications, deadlines, dates, fees, accreditation, cancellation terms, and what an event or course includes. Where our overview differs from the provider's current offer, confirm the position with that provider.

Strictly Internal is not the employer, recruiter, event organizer, training provider, ticket seller, or party handling your application or registration. We do not collect CVs or process job applications, operate the listed events, or deliver the listed courses. Applications, registrations, bookings, payments, and any resulting agreement are with the relevant third party, under its terms and privacy policy.

We do not guarantee a listing's accuracy, completeness, continued availability, or suitability for you, or that a job, event, or course will produce a particular result. Descriptions of salaries, benefits, qualifications, accreditation, or learning outcomes summarize information from the source; they are not guarantees by SI. A paid or featured listing does not constitute our endorsement or guarantee of the provider or its offer.

Our responsibility for these overviews is explained in “Availability and liability” below.

If you spot an error or a closed, changed, or cancelled opportunity, contact Email us with the listing link and the relevant source. We review reported issues and correct, update, or remove listings as appropriate.

If you submit a listing, you must be authorized to do so and provide accurate, lawful information and material you have the right to share. Tell us promptly about material changes or closure. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication.

Content on Strictly Internal is owned by us, our contributors, or the relevant rights holders. Third-party names, logos, quotations, images, and other material remain subject to their owners' rights.

You may read our public content, link to it, share a newsletter with a colleague, and quote reasonable short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source. Unless the page or file states a different license, you may download a free report for your own professional use, including internal reference within your organization. Paid or restricted material is subject to the license explained before purchase or access.

For republication of full articles, resale, syndication, redistribution of reports or datasets, or bulk copying of our content, ask us first at Email us. Do not remove credits or present our material as your own. These terms do not limit uses permitted by copyright law or an express license.

Access to a website page does not grant a license to third-party material that we do not have the right to sublicense.

Contributions, interviews, and submissions

You retain ownership of original material you contribute unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must have the right to share it, obtain necessary permissions, and avoid disclosing confidential information or infringing anyone's rights.

Sending us a pitch or private message permits us to review it and respond; it does not give us unrestricted rights to publish it. Before publishing an article, interview, portrait, case, or other contribution, we agree the relevant permission, attribution, editing, and reuse terms with you. A separate contributor agreement controls where one exists.

For a job, Calendar, course, or training entry submitted specifically for public listing, you give us a nonexclusive permission to edit, format, publish, and promote that listing on our website and in related newsletters and distribution channels. This permission covers the material you are authorized to provide and keeping a clearly historical record after the listing closes. Tell us if a correction or removal is needed. We review requests in light of applicable law and any separate agreement.

We may decline material or request changes. A submission does not create a commitment to publish, pay, or enter a partnership unless separately agreed.

Research and reports

Each research study explains its participation conditions and data practices before collecting answers. Those notices govern matters such as voluntary participation, withdrawal, confidentiality, and any permission to publish a named quote. These website terms do not grant permission to disclose identifiable survey answers.

Reports explain their scope and methodology. Findings may depend on the sample, sources, time period, and analytical choices described. They are not a guarantee of an individual's salary, employment prospects, or an organization's results.

Any additional report or dataset license is provided with the material or before purchase.

Sponsorship and paid services

We identify sponsorship and paid placements. Sponsors do not control our independent editorial judgments or research findings. A paid placement is not a guarantee that we endorse a product, employer, or event.

Sponsorships, featured jobs and events, and other commercial work are supplied under a separate written order or agreement. That agreement sets the scope, price, taxes, payment dates, placement period, approval process, reporting, cancellation, refunds or replacement delivery, and any other agreed conditions. It takes priority over these general terms for the service it covers.

We do not guarantee applications, sales, traffic, or other outcomes unless a specific commitment is stated in that agreement. Enquiring, submitting material, or following a payment link does not confer unagreed rights or editorial influence.

If we introduce a paid reader product, membership, or an event we operate, we provide the applicable price, delivery, renewal, cancellation, and consumer-rights information before purchase. These terms do not create or waive those future conditions.

Payments

We use Stripe to process payments for sponsorships, paid placements, and any paid subscriptions, memberships, or products we offer. Stripe handles payment details through its payment services. Using Stripe does not change who supplies the service: your agreement for an SI purchase is with Optiversion AS operating Strictly Internal.

The applicable offer, checkout, or written agreement explains the price, currency, taxes, payment timing, and cancellation or refund conditions before you pay. For a recurring subscription or membership, it also explains the billing interval, whether it renews automatically, and how to cancel. We do not treat every purchase as recurring or assume that a third-party benefit has the same renewal terms as your SI membership.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable purchase terms and mandatory law. Stripe's role as payment provider does not replace SI's responsibilities to customers or remove your statutory rights.

Responsible use

Do not use our services to send spam, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, interfere with the website, bypass security or access restrictions, or infringe others' rights. Automated access must respect applicable law, access controls, and service availability.

We may restrict access or remove material to protect the service, address a breach, or meet legal duties. We act proportionately and honor applicable rights and any separate paid-service commitments.

Third-party services

Our website and newsletters link to third-party sites and may use third-party services. Their terms and policies apply to your dealings with them. We are responsible for our own services and representations; we do not control another organization's offerings, application decisions, or website content.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care in running Strictly Internal, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every source, link, or listing will be complete and current. We may maintain, change, or withdraw free features. Changes to paid services are governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.

Our free listings are edited information, not offers or promises that an opportunity is available or suitable. We do not assume responsibility for a third party's decisions, performance, or changes to its offer. These terms do not exclude responsibility for our own failure to exercise reasonable care or for a misleading statement where applicable law makes us responsible. Separate paid-service agreements may contain additional lawful limits.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability applies, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact. Any additional business-service liability terms belong in the separate commercial agreement.

Governing law and resolving concerns

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, subject to any mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away protections you cannot waive or your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.

Please contact Email us if something needs resolving. Contacting us is not a condition of exercising your legal rights. Disputes may be brought before the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our services or legal requirements change and show the date above. Material changes are explained where appropriate. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively change an agreed purchase, contribution, or permission. Where a change requires your agreement, we obtain it in the appropriate way.
