Insights
Communications is ripe for productivity gains and cost-cutting through the deployment of AI and process improvements, according to this report from BCG. The consultancy estimates as much as a 47% productivity gain and 24% cost reduction for internal comms teams alone.
“Employees are using AI tools to create low-effort, passable-looking work that ends up creating more work for their coworkers,” says this HBR article with new research that examines supposed AI productivity gains and the rise of “workslop.”
“In under a year, Amazon UK and Ireland increased the number of managers trained in mental health support from 1 percent to 75 percent,” is just one takeaway from this case study published by In.Comms, a new title from PR Week focused on in-house comms.
