Insights

  • Are you using AI voice assistants in your comms strategy? This article from the new Corporate Communications Review offers a nice overview of how companies are using this tech (e.g., Deloitte using a VA during team standups to assess employee morale). Interesting read.

  • Are people not listening or do they not agree with you? That's the subject of a recent podcast from Wharton, which has conducted new research on this. A good reminder that saying something over and over has its limits.

  • Has anyone used a CEO avatar for a town hall? After these two CEOs used avatars for earnings releases and other business uses, I feel like avatars in internal comms can't be too far behind (if it's not already here).

  • "A digital space where our associates feel they can give us the good, bad and/or ugly," is a marker of success for Tai Collins, internal social media lead for Home Depot, according to this nice profile from Ragan. Check it out!
