• "Beyond roughly 150 people, word-of-mouth and goodwill can't sustain a shared sense of direction," says new research from CIPR examining internal communications in UK organizations with fewer than 500 employees. The study found that 92% of organizations claim to prioritize building trust in leadership, but only 62% believe they are doing it well.

• "Managers are the front line of employee communication," writes Alyssa Towns in this practical guide to supporting manager comms. She breaks down how to loop managers in early, create effective FAQ toolkits, and establish processes for elevating unanswered questions.
