Insights

  • Communications is ripe for productivity gains and cost-cutting through the deployment of AI and process improvements, according to this report from BCG. The consultancy estimates as much as a 47% productivity gain and 24% cost reduction for internal comms teams alone.

  • “Employees are using AI tools to create low-effort, passable-looking work that ends up creating more work for their coworkers,” says this HBR article with new research that examines supposed AI productivity gains and the rise of “workslop.”

  • “In under a year, Amazon UK and Ireland increased the number of managers trained in mental health support from 1 percent to 75 percent,” is just one takeaway from this case study published by In.Comms, a new title from PR Week focused on in-house comms.
