The team at Brilliant Ink shared this updated guide to building personas and using AI to create messaging. BTW, they have an excellent monthly newsletter, the Inkwell, that you should check out.
A recent PwC survey of 56,000 workers worldwide says employees are “feeling pretty bullish about change.” Yet less than half of respondents said they understand why their organization needs to change. If you are in a change comms situation where the assumption is “we’ve communicated enough,” this may be a helpful countervailing point.
“The voice of self-doubt in my head has always been loud. But today…that voice can reach higher decibels than before,” says writer Andrew Longstreth in this piece about embracing imperfection in the age of AI.
