Scope and fit
The course covers the people side of organizational change. It addresses people responsible for change across functions, including project management, HR and IT.

Work on a current project
Participants leave with a change-management plan in progress for sponsor and stakeholder conversations. Internal communicators working alongside project teams can use the course to examine a change, develop plans and understand how people respond.
What you'll work on
The selected intake runs on Zoom: Tuesday and Wednesday, 9am–5pm Eastern Time; Thursday, 9am–4pm. The 23 scheduled attendance hours include breaks. Allow about one hour of independent study on each of the first two days.
- Assess a current project Complete Prosci’s PCT Assessment and Risk Assessment to examine the project and the risks around its change.
- Understand individual and organizational change Use ADKAR, Prosci’s model for individual change, alongside the 3-Phase Process for preparing the approach, managing change and sustaining outcomes.
- Build and present an approach Develop a change-management strategy and core plans with instructor feedback. The final day includes participant presentations.
Certification and professional credits
Completion leads to Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification and a digital badge. The program also includes knowledge checks.
The selected US intake lists 23 PMI professional development units, 2.3 Colorado State University continuing education units, 23 ACMP training hours, and 23 HRCI recertification credit hours.

- Fee conditions Tuition and course materials are included. A colleague discount is offered for the same program date, subject to registration conditions. Selected US intake and fee terms
- Digital access The selected intake includes a 90-day digital-material trial. Access does not automatically continue after the trial: you must opt in to a continuing subscription, which then renews annually.
