What caught our eye in jobs this week

IFF is paying $182K–$228K for a Director of Internal Communications in New York. The job description asks them to define the "enterprise internal narrative", positioning IC as a strategic function, not a service desk.

Nintendo of America is hiring an Internal Communications Manager in Redmond — a company that rarely posts IC roles publicly. The JD gives the role ownership of internal channels and content.

Cohere, one of the higher-profile AI companies, is hiring an Internal Communications Manager across New York, San Francisco, and London. A year ago most AI startups this size didn't have a dedicated IC function.
