He offers a free download with 40 questions to help you thoroughly articulate change to employees. Check it out!

• “Researchers are already documenting shifts in the way we speak and communicate as a result of ChatGPT,” notes this interesting article that outlines ways AI is changing our vocabulary. It seems the embattled emdash was the least of our problems.

• Two events worth a look:

  • On June 24 (tomorrow), internal comms expert and author Monique Zytnik will lead a free seminar with Poppulo on “The Hidden Gaps in Your Internal Comms Processes That Could Sabotage AI Success.” (Also, ICYMI: Here’s our interview with Monique about her book)

  • ICology will host “Copilot for Comms: Putting communicators in AI's pilot seat,” with a great lineup of internal comms leaders on July 10. They note that “Copilot might be the most accessible AI tool behind the enterprise firewall,” which is probably true for most IC pros working in companies.
