• PoliteMail published its 2025 internal emails benchmark report based on analysis of 4+ billion emails. While core metrics remain about the same in this year’s study, some interesting new data shows improved engaged reading rates despite less time spent on emails. Helpfully, the report includes benchmarks for 10 industry sectors and 7 distribution sizes.
