What to expect
The morning opens with questions about IC’s role, AI and organisational truth. Joshua Deacon of Bentley Motors discusses how AI has changed his team’s work, including what worked, what failed and the implications for workflow and capability. A live prompting demonstration works through revisions for tone, accuracy and authenticity, followed by a session on AI governance, synthetic leadership voices and misinformation. A hot-takes discussion brings differing practitioner views on AI.
The wider agenda covers influence in the C-suite, measurement and the conversation with the CFO, communicating through change, reaching middle managers and frontline colleagues, and listening at scale. It also addresses polarisation and misinformation, and delivering communications with limited budgets and headcount.
Attendees can write their biggest IC challenge on an arrival card, anonymously if preferred. These cards help shape lunchtime peer discussions and the closing debate, which returns to the opening questions.
