Jurgen De Cuyper explores KBC’s move from a traditional employee portal to My Kate, bringing communication, services and support into one personalised digital workplace. His session includes practical examples of how this workplace is evolving further with AI assistants and specialised agents.

Nina Javilak draws on her experience at EIT Food to discuss how internal communication can support leaders through restructuring and strategic change, maintaining trust and alignment while the organisation evolves.
