What to expect
The main conference combines case studies, panels and interactive group sessions. Kristyna Frantz describes how the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s internal communications team uses Copilot to edit and standardize content, including work for its employee experience platform, The Vault. Tainaya Nash covers content governance and information architecture for an AI-ready intranet; Justin Elker and Teryl Taglieri discuss lessons from transforming thousands of enterprise knowledge articles for AI.
Other sessions examine how to map AI across communications workflows, give an AI assistant useful context, and turn an employee communications audit into a CEO communications roadmap. The program also covers AI visibility and misinformation risks. Group exercises test variation between models and ways to challenge an AI-assisted conclusion, while panels address human oversight and the tools communicators are using.
The optional workshop day includes frontline communication, briefing AI and protecting organizational voice, measurement, and building an AI-ready communications team. Speed networking, receptions and sponsor demonstrations run alongside the sessions.
