What to expect
The main stage moves from organisational change and economic security to disagreement, AI-generated information and crisis recovery. Professor Paul Dolan and Steve Baker explore why disagreements escalate and how different viewpoints can be handled constructively within teams and organisations.
In person, two sets of parallel breakouts offer a choice of sessions. These include an interactive cyber-breach scenario, agency–client relationships and spokesperson preparation. Charlotte Bass leads a discussion drawing on research gathered from neurodivergent professionals for the conference, looking at acceptance at work and how leaders can build a more inclusive culture.
Later on the main stage, Louise Thompson Davies discusses leading communications through organisational challenge, coordinating messages across stakeholder groups and keeping the business aligned during uncertainty.
