What to expect
Baker Tilly explores the launch of Global Source and the challenges of connecting people, teams and information across a complex business. Trish Elsey and Serena Gate discuss Costain’s ten-year journey with Interact. Intact Insurance’s Alison Gardner and Oliver Lane join Goldbug’s Lynne Arrowsmith to explore its employee content network, bringing both the communications leadership and employee creator perspectives.
Addea Amoa’s talk, The Words Aren’t the Work, examines gaps between change narratives and what employees understand and experience. Jemma Goodman presents From Decision to Done: The next generation of employee experience, and Natasha Mutebi considers what employee data does not tell you.
The closing panel, Change announced. What next?, brings together Cristiana Radulescu, Bethan Whitaker and Solima Khatun, chaired by Dominic Walters. Registration and breakfast begin at 9:30am, with a networking lunch during the day and drinks from 5pm.
