What to expect
The main conference on 18 November combines keynotes with parallel streams. Internal Comms: The Audience Inside examines the shift from distributing information to supporting culture, trust, and organizational performance. Other sessions cover real-time reputation decisions, communications measurement, and working with First Nations agencies.
A session with Western Sydney University’s Vanessa Campbell and Dr Nicole Bridges explores netnography: qualitative research into people’s behavior in their online environments. Former OpenAI chief communications officer Hannah Wong joins by video for a fireside chat on leading communications through the AI era. Alastair Campbell’s keynote considers the changing role of communicators and what that means for hiring and developing a team.
