What to expect
Ten sessions cover the work behind digital employee experience, from listening to employees and designing for their needs to rebuilding intranets, connecting global teams and supporting collaboration tools. The programme also examines knowledge management, workplace storytelling and the ways AI depends on organisational alignment and useful intranet content.
Sessions include digital assistants for everyday university workflows, an intranet rebuilt for operational and office-based workers, and a simpler experience for employees who are not routinely connected to workplace technology. The conference runs as one stream, with no concurrent presentation sessions.
Two optional workshops run concurrently on 21 October, from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. Zora Artis leads change communication, covering planning, listening, change fatigue and digital adoption. Natalie Ryan leads a hands-on workshop on planning, building and testing SharePoint Agents, including governance and ongoing management.
