What to expect
The main programme combines case studies, panels and small-group work. CVS Health’s Kyle Pearson discusses how his team chooses channels for colleagues across offices, pharmacies and stores. Lennar’s Logan Wallick and Ana Maria Lopez cover the connection between HR services, company news, self-service and AI support across the associate journey.
Other sessions examine rebuilding an intranet around employee tasks, governing content as AI changes how information reaches employees, and using AI to interpret employee survey comments. The programme also covers trust when an employee value proposition falls short, reaching frontline and hybrid employees, and the privacy and accuracy risks of AI in the digital workplace.
In the group sessions, participants diagnose an employee journey touchpoint with peers and draft a 12-month employee experience roadmap. Sponsor showcases include live product demonstrations.
Optional workshops
The workshop day on 17 November covers turning employee feedback into a roadmap with owners and follow-through, assessing where AI belongs in a workflow, and sketching an employee experience dashboard linked to business outcomes. It is included in the three-day pass.
