What to expect
The first day pairs a workshop on Microsoft AI consumption costs and spending controls with one on SharePoint news notifications, distribution across channels and measuring reach. A panel examines how communicators reach frontline and deskless employees through mobile tools, shared devices, digital signage and approaches beyond M365.
Day two covers rebuilding an employee newsletter with audience targeting in SharePoint and Viva Amplify, using Copilot for communications tasks while maintaining brand voice and employee trust, and auditing M365 channels and sites. The closing panel considers how to combine platform analytics with surveys and qualitative feedback for leadership reporting.
The programme includes live demonstrations, discussion and Q&A. It is designed for communicators and business users; no technical background is required.
