What to expect
The festival runs across two parallel stages, with talks on the Inspire stage and workshops and case studies on the Learning stage. Choose sessions around the questions you’re working on, from communicating change to measuring its impact.
Kaleb Ells shares how he embedded AI skills in Network Rail’s internal communication function. A measurement workshop looks beyond open rates and clicks, while the Mentoring zone offers bookable 20-minute one-to-one conversations with experienced practitioners.
Elsewhere in the program
- Andrea Law and Alex Wilson (Enthuse Communications) on Wernick Group’s CEO roadshow.
- A behavioral economics masterclass combining practical tools with a case study.
- Scriberia’s visual metaphor workshop for change communication, with no drawing skills needed.
