The course is aimed at newcomers and experienced communicators responsible for employee engagement, change, managers or internal channels.

- Strategy and First Steps · 14 January Map goals, audience segments, messages, content pillars, editorial calendars and channels into an internal communications plan. Coverage includes choosing a channel mix, adapting townhalls for hybrid and deskless teams, and gathering employee feedback through listening and recognition initiatives.
- Measurement and Managers · 21 January Use listening tools and KPIs to examine communications performance and discuss results with executives. The session covers RACI responsibility mapping to clarify who does what, and resources for managers communicating with dispersed teams.
