Internal Communications Lead (Hybrid)
Enova International’s Internal Communications Lead supports communications across the business, from enterprise initiatives and executive messaging to employee programmes.
The work
The lead partners with stakeholders across departments on communications strategy and delivery for enterprise and functional initiatives. They own quarterly all-hands meetings, employee recognition initiatives and volunteer programming, and support executive messaging and internal visibility.
The role combines day-to-day delivery with broader strategic work, with a high degree of autonomy. It calls for executive-ready writing across formats and audiences, managing multiple projects, anticipating risks and navigating shifting priorities.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications or a related field.
- Experience supporting executive communications and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Experience managing employee engagement programmes.
- Experience in a regulated industry with formal communications controls, such as approval workflows, spokesperson standards and risk management processes. Enova describes this as an additional qualifier, not a substitute for the requirements above.
Skills
- Strong writing and editorial judgement, including refining executive-ready materials.
- Independent project management and cross-functional stakeholder partnership.

- Work arrangement
- Hybrid: in the office Tuesday to Thursday, with remote flexibility on Monday and Friday.
- Salary
- Budgeted annual salary of USD $85,000–$110,000. Actual salary is determined by qualifications, skills, experience and the level assessed during hiring, and may fall outside this range. A bonus and restricted stock units may also be available.
