Internal Communication Business Partner, Energy In-Home
Lead internal communications for M Group’s Energy In-Home division, combining strategy with hands-on delivery and partnering with senior leaders to keep colleagues informed and connected.
The work
You will lead the development and delivery of the division’s internal communications strategy, helping colleagues understand business priorities, objectives and performance. Working with senior leaders, People teams and operational stakeholders, you will advise on communications and develop plans that support divisional and Group-wide objectives.
The role covers campaigns, leadership communications, colleague engagement initiatives and internal events, alongside communications support for change programmes. It also includes creating colleague stories, case studies and business success stories for employer brand activity and wider M Group communications.
Requirements
- Proven internal communications experience and successful campaign delivery with measurable impact.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information into clear messages.
- Organisation and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, results-focused approach.

- Open nationally, with a commitment to two days a week in the Newcastle office.
