The work

Lead the development and delivery of Ignite’s internal communications approach, creating a coordinated communications rhythm across its businesses, functions and leadership teams. That includes building more consistent processes and platforms, and planning communications for programmes, organisational initiatives and functional priorities alongside HR and other teams.

Coordinate communications for the Global President and Ignite Management Team, including town halls and other colleague forums. The lead advises on messaging, timing, audiences and channels, and prepares briefings and leadership presentations.

The lead maintains internal channels and resources, develops content for email, intranet and Viva Engage, and uses engagement data and employee feedback to improve communications. The role also explores how technology and AI can support the work.

As the interface with Inizio’s central internal communications team, the lead coordinates enterprise-wide messages for Ignite audiences and identifies opportunities to share Ignite’s work through wider Inizio channels.

Requirements

• Experience in internal communications, corporate communications or employee engagement, including communications planning for strategic initiatives and organisational change.
• Strong writing and executive communications skills, including presentations, talking points, briefings and organisational announcements.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and colleagues across functions and geographies, managing multiple activities and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience managing internal channels and familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Viva Engage or similar tools, plus an interest in technology and AI.
• A degree in Communications, Marketing, English or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
