Senior Communications and Engagement Executive
Help deliver internal communications across Xeinadin as the accountancy and business advisory group goes through transformation, integration and growth. Its regional offices have more than 3,000 colleagues.
The work
Manage the news content pipeline, finding and developing colleague success stories, examples of impact and best practice, and monitoring upcoming activity to maintain a flow of timely content. Produce and publish emails, magazine and intranet articles, and presentations, aligning messages with the business strategy, values and tone of voice.
Alongside implementing communications plans and campaigns, you will provide support and advice on business-wide and local communications. Contribute to channel and campaign measurement and analysis, setting objectives and gathering data to help identify improvements. The role also supports day-to-day engagement activity, including webinars, administration and reporting. The aim is to reach colleagues at the right time and help build a sense of connection across the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a communications role and strong writing skills, with the ability to make complex messages clear and concise.
- Confidence building relationships at all levels, alongside creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, planning and organisation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft O365, including SharePoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Internal communications experience, email platform experience and a communications or marketing-related qualification are desirable.
