The work

The role owns internal communications strategy and execution, from company-level messages to plans for organisational changes and announcements. You’ll partner with executives and teams on sensitive or complex issues, anticipate employee questions and use engagement and feedback to improve communications.

All Hands is a major part of the remit. You’ll lead its editorial strategy and content, find stories and speakers across the company, and work with creative and production partners on the run of show, speaker preparation and live production. The role combines delivering weekly programming with planning ahead, developing new segments and formats, and using attendance, engagement and feedback to understand what works.

Requirements

Twitch asks for at least five years of experience. The role calls for someone who can build a communications strategy around a complex transition and develop an All Hands segment, with the curiosity and judgement to ask difficult questions and seek clarity. It also calls for storytelling, experimentation, project management and production skills across multiple timelines.
