Supernal
Communications Manager
Supernal’s Communications Manager leads the company’s internal corporate narrative and helps maintain continuity following a significant organisational restructure. Supernal is developing an electric vertical take-off and landing vehicle and its supporting ground-to-air ecosystem.
The work
The manager aligns internal messaging with Supernal’s engineering mission, safeguards its corporate identity and helps connect engineering achievements with internal operations. The role also supports executive communications, drafting briefings and talking points for the CTO, CFO and Board of Managers.
Working with operations, strategy and engineering teams, the manager develops cross-functional communication plans concerned with capital discipline and milestone clarity, and coordinates with Hyundai Motor Group stakeholders on group and corporate initiatives.
The work combines narrative leadership with hands-on delivery: producing content for internal channels and corporate platforms, maintaining presentation standards and resources, and coordinating town halls, fireside chats and technical briefings. The manager also partners with Legal and HR on change communications, uses communication metrics to assess alignment and engagement, and identifies stories that recognise employee achievements.
