The work

The manager leads the execution of a standardised communications plan across Culver Franchising System and its franchise community, translating company strategy, growth priorities and operational changes into clear messages. They advise colleagues across functions on communication planning and execution, and establish governance for communications intake, prioritisation, sequencing and delivery.

The role helps information reach Support Center and Family Restaurant teams accurately and on time, supporting trust and engagement. The manager uses insights and reporting to inform decisions. The manager also supports public relations aimed at earned media coverage. Their support extends to internal and external executive communications, media relations, press materials and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing/communications or a related field, and 6–8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
