Internal Communications Senior Manager (Transformation, Product & Operations)
Global Payments’ senior manager leads internal communications for key product and operations functions and ongoing transformation efforts, helping leaders explain business priorities to a global workforce.
The work
Develop and execute integrated communications strategies, advising senior leaders and working with them on functional strategy, organisational change, transformation and operational priorities. The role supports company-wide initiatives, major launches, business updates and change programmes, in collaboration with teams including HR and Marketing.
The work ranges from communication plans and leader talking points to presentations, FAQs, employee content and executive communications. It calls for translating complex product and operational topics into clear employee communications, then measuring effectiveness and using the findings to improve messaging, channels and engagement.
Requirements
- At least eight years’ experience in internal, corporate or employee communications, or a related field.
- Experience supporting senior executives, enterprise functions or large-scale business initiatives.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Business acumen and the ability to understand complex topics.
- Experience developing strategic communication plans and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field.
Experience supporting transformation, change management or large-scale organisational initiatives is preferred.
