The work

The role establishes a consistent approach to change, with accountability for readiness, adoption, stakeholder engagement and change communications. It also owns the company communications calendar, coordinating company-wide messages with business priorities.

On key projects, including a major ERP transformation, you will lead the change and communications workstream. That means assessing impacts, stakeholder needs and readiness, delivering change, engagement and communication plans, and monitoring adoption, engagement and change success to improve the approach.

Working with stakeholders across the business, you will tailor communications to different audiences and channels. You will also coach leaders and managers and provide tools to help them lead their teams through change. Listening to employees and acting on their feedback will help them contribute to and shape the changes that affect them.

Requirements

  • Experience leading business, technology, process or organisational change, with a strong understanding of change management methods and best practice.
  • Experience driving stakeholder engagement, readiness and adoption, and coaching leaders through change.
  • Experience delivering internal communications and employee engagement activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, including translating complex information into clear, engaging messages.
  • Strong organisation, planning and project delivery skills, and confidence using data and employee feedback to improve decisions.

Experience supporting ERP or large-scale transformation programmes is desirable but not essential.
