WEKA
Senior Internal & Executive Communications Manager
WEKA’s senior internal and executive communications manager will develop the company’s existing internal communications into a programme, reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing. WEKA makes software infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads. The role combines senior-level counsel with hands-on production and programme management.
The work
You’ll produce WEKA’s virtual internal events, including the annual company kickoff, quarterly all hands and monthly town halls, from agendas and executive content through production and follow-up. Alongside the VP of Corporate Marketing, you’ll advise senior leaders on internal messages and prepare them for high-stakes moments, including employee questions and delivery.
The role owns the internal channel strategy and editorial calendar, choosing how messages reach employees across Slack, email, video and live events. It translates WEKA’s corporate and AI narratives for employees, builds internal launch moments for company strategy, product milestones and announcements, and works with the People team on engagement and culture programmes.
With People, Legal and Finance, you’ll support change communications, including sequencing, messages and manager enablement, and contribute to issues and crisis preparedness. You’ll build playbooks and AI-assisted workflows across drafting, production and measurement, coordinate intake and planning, and use readership, engagement and message data alongside feedback to inform decisions.
Requirements

- Strong writing across formats, executive presence and the discretion to handle sensitive information.
- Daily use of AI tools in communications, with judgement about where human oversight is necessary.
- Experience in a rapidly scaling, global high-growth company.
