The work

Working with HR leaders and cross-functional partners, you’ll turn complex information into clear messages for different audiences and channels. The role develops content and distribution approaches across digital, online and social media. You’ll manage online people and culture content to engage audience segments and encourage measurable action, maintain communications channels and evaluate their effectiveness. You’ll also partner with marketing colleagues on graphics and supporting materials.

For executive communications, you’ll implement and monitor employee feedback channels, analyse insights and recommend improvements to reach, readership, delivery and frequency. You’ll independently manage or lead assigned high-priority special projects for the Executive Communications function, using advanced judgment with limited day-to-day instruction and applying the firm’s voice, brand standards and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of communications experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s degree, JD or PhD.
• 5–9 years of communications experience.
