The work

You will support the development and execution of global communications programmes for corporate functions such as HR and IT, and advise senior leaders in general and administrative functions on communications for enterprise priorities and change.

The role leads planning and execution of internal communications initiatives, from strategy and creative approaches to messaging and materials. It also connects related initiatives and translates complex topics so employees can understand their relevance to the company’s priorities.

You will build relationships across the organisation and measure communications effectiveness, using the findings to improve reach, clarity and impact. Change topics include digital transformation, global expansion and culture-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least eight years of relevant experience in internal communications, change communications and employee engagement.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and leading communications for enterprise-wide or high-visibility initiatives.
• Communications experience supporting corporate or business functions.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous employment in pharma or biotech is preferred, but not required.
