Internal Communications Senior Specialist
Cboe Global Markets’ Corporate Communications team supports internal communications for its global associate base. This role supports the Internal Communications Manager, writing and distributing content across the company’s internal channels.
The work
The specialist writes and edits intranet articles, newsletters, associate emails and corporate messages, and manages internal channels, including sending company-wide communications. The work also includes proofreading materials ranging from web posts and press releases to presentations and speeches.
Alongside delivery, the specialist maintains a shared content repository, reviewing it regularly for currency and accuracy, as well as the internal communications editorial calendar and a project request dashboard. They assist with quarterly messaging updates, analyse metrics across internal content platforms and produce quarterly reports.
The role works with Design to conceptualise and develop graphics, and with colleagues across Marketing and Communications and the wider organisation to deliver content for internal audiences. It also involves seeking information to meet deadlines and sourcing ideas from other departments.
Skills and experience
Cboe’s ideal candidate has:
- 5–7+ years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
- A bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, communications, marketing or finance.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
