The work

Most of the work is designing presentations for internal events and meetings, and building and evolving templates in Figma and Google Slides. You’ll turn complex information into clear stories and train colleagues who are not designers to use the tools you create.

The role also supports major company-wide events and conferences, from presentations to event branding, signage, and print and digital communications, often to fast turnarounds. Working with senior and C-suite stakeholders, you’ll shape business and product updates into presentations for company-wide audiences, sometimes under pressure during peak periods.

Alongside that work, you’ll partner with the Workplace team on branded materials for offices, support reports in InDesign when needed and experiment with AI tools in your workflow. In a small sub-team, you’ll manage your own time, contribute ideas to shared systems and step in on other internal comms projects when needed.

Requirements

• At least four years’ experience in similar in-house teams or branding agencies.
• Strong presentation design skills and a portfolio showing craft in layout, typography and hierarchy.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
• Ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, well-structured stories and communicate your work and rationale to senior and C-suite stakeholders.

Motion design is a bonus. Experience with Jitter, AI tools, After Effects and 3D is a plus.
