The work

The intern helps create intranet and newsletter content, from research and drafting to editing and basic design. Working with HR, Marketing, Sales and Operations, they identify stories for internal communications.

The role also involves recommending improvements to content intake, distribution and performance tracking, using AI tools in communications workflows, and analysing engagement metrics. The intern assists with employee recognition communications and supports public relations and investor relations projects as needed.

Requirements

• Be enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, human resources or a related field, and entering junior or senior year.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have previous internship, campus involvement or project-based experience in communications, public relations, human resources, marketing or a related field.
• Bring strong writing, editing, content development and organisational skills, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Have experience collaborating across teams and engaging diverse stakeholders, and familiarity with internal communications tools, content management systems or newsletter platforms.
• Have an interest in employee engagement, internal communications strategy, corporate storytelling and AI tools, along with knowledge of or interest in food and beverage or consumer packaged goods.
