The work
As a communications adviser, you’ll help connect enterprise priorities with business needs and align messages across teams. Communications plans and tactics should reflect the company’s strategy and brand. You’ll identify inconsistent use of channels, tools and processes, then develop recommendations, standards and templates. The role also designs and maintains frameworks, messaging and resources for communicators planning and sharing content.
You’ll help refine the communications ecosystem, using metrics and feedback to recommend improvements. The work includes supporting communications and storytelling for cross-enterprise events, and providing backup for channel leads on syndication, all-employee messages, the intranet and digital signage. The position reports to the Employee Communications manager for Integration and Channel Strategy.
