The work

You’ll maintain communication plans and calendars for assigned projects, translating technical detail into messages for end users, business stakeholders and leaders. The role selects and coordinates channels such as email, intranet, Teams and digital signage, maintaining consistent tone and branding. You’ll work with project managers, system owners and subject matter experts to understand the changes and their impact on audiences.

The learning side ranges from quick-start guides, FAQs and job aids to short videos and lightweight e-learning. You’ll recommend formats using adult-learning and change-management principles, and coordinate or facilitate demonstrations, office hours and walkthroughs for go-lives and significant technology changes. You’ll also keep the IT training library current as tools and processes evolve.

Alongside the AI Communication & Adoption Lead, you’ll carry out aligned AI and wider IT communications and adoption activities, answer routine questions and support adoption within projects. You’ll gather user feedback and track available communication, training and post-launch adoption measures to identify themes and recommend improvements. The role also supports cross-functional initiatives as priorities shift.
