The work

The adviser writes, edits and distributes communications from across the organisation, and manages and updates the internal journal, intranet and displays. The role also evaluates how well those channels work and proposes improvements when needed.

Alongside the communications work, the adviser plans and coordinates internal events for all staff to support engagement and belonging, and advises managers on their communication needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or administration.
• Three to five years’ professional experience in a communications role.
• Excellent spoken and written French, with strong writing skills.
• Professional English, for regular communication with an English-speaking head office.
• Organisation, rigour and the ability to manage several priorities; initiative and autonomy in taking responsibility for work.
• Creativity and the ability to suggest activities and initiatives that encourage employee engagement.
