Senior Director, Communications Orchestration & AI Transformation
Cisco’s Senior Director will lead an AI-powered communications orchestration model across its People, Policy & Purpose organisation, connecting communications, change management, enablement and activation for executives, leaders and employees.
The work
The director will set an integrated go-to-market orchestration strategy, connecting enterprise priorities with communications, change and enablement. They will establish portfolio priorities, governance and decision rights, and work with programme and service owners on activation while retaining accountability for change, adoption, execution and outcomes. The director will build and lead an orchestration team, streamlining workflows and consolidating overlapping capabilities.
A major part of the work is designing and implementing an AI-native model for planning, creating and delivering communications, enablement and content. The director will use generative AI, agentic workflows, automation and personalisation, and build capability through talent development, hiring, experimentation and responsible AI adoption.
Working with teams, the director will measure adoption, behaviour change and business results against shared product and service goals, alongside cycle time, duplication, productivity and AI-enabled efficiencies. The work includes video-first storytelling, personalised nudges and leader enablement, translating enterprise priorities into clear actions and reducing noise for employees and leaders.
