The work

Design change management approaches for programmes and initiatives, defining success measures, risks and adoption approaches. Shape communication strategies and key messages, translating enterprise standards into practical approaches. Execute those strategies for high-impact enterprise initiatives.

Coach programme teams and provide guidance, review and course correction. For complex or high-risk initiatives, or where a programme needs additional capability, step in with targeted execution support. That involvement is intended to be scoped and time-bound, with ownership returned to the programme team.
