Communications & Change Management Intern
Genmab is a biotechnology company developing antibody medicines for cancer and other serious diseases. The summer intern joins the Strategic Execution team to create internal communications for the Data, Digital & AI function and support change management for selected 2027 initiatives.
The work
The intern maintains the team's SharePoint site, writes articles and updates for internal channels, and records and edits short videos. The role also supports Princeton events, from logistics and live-event tasks through post-event surveys, and coordinates communications and activities for the DDAI Intern Engagement programme.
The intern tests Strategic Execution-managed instructions for generative AI tools, documents use cases, collects user feedback and promotes the tools to employees. A capstone project addresses a communications or change management need, with recommendations and outcomes presented to the team.
