The work

You will lead internal communications projects, campaigns and channels that help colleagues across a dispersed workforce understand business priorities and connect with the strategy.

Manage and develop Blink, the digital internal communications platform, and create content for the weekly digital newsletter, intranet and other channels. Design materials in-house and deliver engagement campaigns and events. You will also champion health and safety communications, a business priority, working closely with the HSE team.

Working with senior leaders, People and Marketing teams and colleagues across the wider Holcim Group, you will manage projects and budgets and use agreed measures to improve communications.

Skills

• Experience developing, delivering and measuring internal communications plans and campaigns.
• Experience managing digital communications channels and engaging different audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including making complex information clear and engaging.
• Experience designing communications materials in-house using Canva or similar tools.
• Project management and organisation skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to share ideas, challenge existing ways of working and recommend alternatives.
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

Experience communicating with a geographically dispersed workforce and knowledge of the industry would be beneficial. A portfolio of campaigns, creative work and achievements would be valuable.
