The work

Set the direction for internal channels and develop them as colleague and business needs change. This includes managing the SharePoint intranet, working with IT and using performance data to improve the channel mix and make information easier to find and use.

Lead content planning, campaigns and editorial standards with Internal Communications Business Partners, providing quality assurance for key communications. Develop and own the measurement framework, using audience data, segmentation and trends in colleague behaviour and engagement to make recommendations and improve channel and content decisions. Identify and apply AI opportunities across channels, measurement and team workflows, and explore and embed appropriate uses in content creation and management.
